gavelBan List

infoAbout the list

The bot bans emotes mostly based on the emote prefix, but a small amount of emotes are individually banned because they are from channels that only have a couple weeb emotes. Some emotes get caught by the suffix ban list also.
Each channel has a unique prefix for all of its emotes. Streamers then set a name for each emote they upload, this emote name is referred to as a suffix on the bot.
The list above is for the globally banned emotes, you can opt out from using this list and use your own custom list only by using the ==mainlist command.
To make a custom ban list use the ==addprefix, ==addsuffix and ==addemote commands. Check the About page or the Commands page for more info. Also check the Badges page for info about custom badge ban lists.

The diagram below can be helpful to understand the terminology.
Banning the prefix "forsen" will make it so any emote with the same prefix will get banned. So the emotes "forsenDank" and "forsenE" will both get banned because they start with the "forsen" prefix that you added to your custom list.
Banning the suffix "Dank" will make the bot ban any emote that ends with "Dank". So in the example below, both "forsenDank" and "nymnDank" will get banned because they end with the "Dank" suffix that you added to your custom suffix list.
Adding an individual emote to the list will only ban that emote, and other emotes with the same prefix or suffix will be allowed.
It is important to know that suffixes always start with an upper case letter or a number. So if you add a wrong suffix or prefix, it might make the bot mistakenly ban emotes, or let some emotes that you wanted to ban through.
